Shaw Carpet Product and Brand Categories Give Consumers Wide Ranging Choices
In the next upgrade, Shaw Carpet designates a four star rating to carpet and rug products which carry a seven year limited warranty against carpet manufacturer defaults, a limited seven year warranty stain and soil protection, and a seven year limited texture retention warranty subject to the terms and conditions of the Shaw Carpet warranty agreement.
Luxury products produced by the carpet manufacturer, Shaw Carpet, are classed as five stars. Buyers of these Shaw Carpet product lines receive the maximum in warranty coverage. Carpet mill manufacturer's quality assurance is warranted for ten years. Additionally, a ten-year limited stain and soil warranty is provided in respect to Dupont carpet such as Stainmaster or Scotchgard carpet. Limited warranty for ten years also applies to carpet and/or area rug product manufactured by Shaw Carpet in respect of texture maintenance. Also included in the five star warranty program by Shaw Carpet is carpet warranted from stretching or wrinkling where Softbac Platinum backs the carpet or area rug.
