Knowing what to list on a medical pendant is important. Medical pendants contain important information about your health if an event occurs that leaves you unable to communicate with medical personnel. Without knowledge of your allergies and conditions, life saving treatments may be delayed.

Include allergies that impact your health. Do not forget to list allergies to all items including medications, prescription or non-prescription, foods and non-edible items that may be in a hospital setting. Common allergies include:

Having this information available enables them to inform them you have been hospitalized. If you have pets, you have piece of mind knowing they will get the care they need while you are away from home.
