Each Stihl Leaf Shredder Vacuum Blower model offers unique features allowing you to choose a model that fits your needs. The two models are similar in size and format, so you'll need to base your decision on the speed and capacity each delivers.

Stihl SH 56CE

The Stihl Leaf Shredder Vacuum Blower SH 56CE comes with a zip-up 1.2 bushel bag. The gas leaf blower vacuum includes the patented Easy2Start system that ensures the blower starts every time. Other features include:

At 11 ½ pounds, the Stihl Leaf Shredder Vacuum Blower isn't awkward or bulky to carry around. A shoulder strap helps make toting the blower relatively easy for any person. The sound rating is 70 decibels, about the same as a vacuum cleaner and it blows at a force of 143 mph.

Stihl SH 86CE

Stihl's SH 86CE is more powerful than the 56CE, but many of the other features remain the same. It blows with a force of 154 mph with the round attachment or 190 mph with the flat attachment. The sound rating on this Stihl Leaf Shredder Vacuum Blower is the same, and it also comes with a zip-up 1.2 bushel bag. The 86CE does have an anti-vibration system and a comfortable padded handle making it easier to use for extended periods of time.
