Hamilton Beach , now teamed with Proctor-Silex as part of the Housewares Group of NACCO Industries, Inc., is primarily a manufacturer of small electric appliances. Originally known for massage vibrators and milkshake mixers, they now make everything from blenders and stand mixers to slow cookers and roaster ovens to grills and a panini press.

Hamilton Beach also offers a nice selection of hand tools, accessories, and gadgets; polished stainless steel bakeware; and a good selection of well-made cutlery. Hamilton Beach makes a single line of polished 18/10 stainless steel cookware. Frying pans have a nonstick interior. All pieces have an enclosed thick aluminum disk in the base for heat distribution. The line has a number of pieces that other companies don't bother to make, including stockpots in sizes up to 20-quart, and a special egg poaching pan, as well as a variety of other well-designed pieces.
Hamilton Beach coffee maker: The Hamilton Beach Brew Station and BrewStation with water filter offer one-hand dispensing. The coffee is brewed and then kept warm inside the insulated coffeemaker. Other models are more conventional, with several choices of appliance color and carafe type.
Hamilton Beach indoor grill: The Hamilton Beach grill line includes a number of innovative products. Several have removable dishwasher-safe grids; others have nonstick grids for low-fat cooking. Some are convertible from two-sided contact grilling to a double-wide flat-top party grill. The line also includes the Hamilton Beach Raclette party grill.
Hamilton Beach blender: 25 blender models range from 2 to 18 speeds, from 350 to 800 watts, and from 40 to 56 ounces in jar capacity. Some have plastic jars; most have glass jars. Hamilton Beach food processor: The food processor line runs from mini to maxi. The Big Mouth models have a 14-cup capacity. At the opposite end of the scale, the 3-cup ShortCut Micro food processor has an outlet chute so you can work continuously if you want to: Put a container under the chute and start feeding the input tube. When the bowl fills to the top, the food will start pushing out the chute into your container.
