Knife Warranty Information – Cutco, Henckels Warranties

Here is a list of the knife warranties of major knife brands.
- Cutco Knife: Cutco backs their knives with the Cutco® Forever Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your knife, you can send it back to Cutco for repair or replacement. Also, they will sharpen any of their knives under the Forever Sharp guarantee for a small handling fee. If a knife is damaged through misuse or abuse, they will replace it for half the price of the knife. Also, they have a 15 day unconditional money back guarantee on all of their knives.
- Global Knife: Global covers all manufacturing defects for the life of the knife, including cracking or breaking. It does not cover cracks or breaks caused by abuse or misuse. It also covers rusting and pitting of the knife if it is caused by the factory heating process. It does not cover minor discoloration or rusting caused by misuse.
- Henckels Knife: Henckels knives are covered with a lifetime warranty against breakage or damage caused by a defect in manufacture. It does not cover and damage done by using the knife for purposes other than they were intended. It also does not cover any damage to wood products, including handles.
- Kershaw Knife: All Kershaw knives are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee for their original owner. Any Kershaw knife found to have a factory defect from materials or construction will be repaired or replaced by Kershaw Knife. Any defect or breakage caused by using the knife anything except for cutting is considered abuse, and will void the warranty.
- Miracle Blade 3: Miracle Blade is covered by a lifetime warranty against factory defects. If any of their knives are found to be defective, send the knives back, and they will be replaced at no charge, beyond shipping and handling. This only applies to people who use the Miracle Blade for household, non-commercial purposes.
- Wusthof Knife: Wusthof covers their knives with a lifetime warranty from defects. It does not cover against broken or chipped blades caused by stress to the blade, melted handles, or third party damage, such as damage done by a sharpening service. If a knife is determined to be defective, they will repair or replace the item free of charge.
