CompTIA A+ Certification Industry

Industry watchers cite a "critical shortage" of qualified technical professionals with specialized knowledge of computer hardware and software, databases, networks, and more.

Demand for skilled technical professionals is at an all-time high, and salaries reward the technical skills required by businesses in the 21st century.  The information technology (IT) marketplace is becoming more competitive on a daily basis, for technology development firms, IT professionals and those persons seeking to enter the IT career path. There's never been a better time for an IT career.  Not only are there too few people to meet the need - those who are "trained" in IT so often have marginal skills and are poor communicators. Online courses as well as bricks-and-mortar training venues will help you overcome these obstacles and prepare you for professional success!

As home and office environs have become "wired" or even "wirelessly wired" the need for system and network managers to refine and upgrade their technical knowledge has resulted in a broad scale and continuing offerings for CompTIA A+ certification training courses.  Between one to one and a half million IT professionals and/or newly entering technologists undertake A+ computer certification re-education around the world in places as distant as Israel , Calcutta , Hong Kong, Toronto or CompTIA A+ certification testing facilities across the USA. CompTIA A+ certification exam is offered by qualifying trainer firms in over 5000 training venues in over 120 countries worldwide.

Historically the evolution in IT testing, which has led to the present world wide infrastructure supporting A+ computing certification for management of data networks, began in the late 1970s with main frame to dummy terminal interface tests administered on behalf of the Securities Exchange Commission to certify aspiring securities brokers. The market required the introduction of Novell in the late 1980s as the impetus to push the CompTIA A+ certification test infrastructure along the development path towards its current multi-national capability.

The Novell network engineer test was delivered initially through mainframe based networks interfacing with "dummy" graphics terminals. In short order, the 1990's ushered in the PC based CompTIA A+ certification exam environment which quickly morphed into Internet delivered CompTIA A+ certification training and testing. Industry approved registration software is provided to the testing centers, permitting more flexible scheduling of CompTIA A+ certification test dates, such as on weekend days when applicant demand swells, and where candidates can allocate "free time" unencumbered by normal in-office work demands.
