Opticron binoculars feature fully multi-coated optics and compact (roof prism) design on most lines. All are high-quality instruments at midrange prices. Sizes range from 8x22 compacts to 9 - 22x50 zoom and 12.5x50 standard models. Prices begin under £100 and top out below £700, including VAT.

Opticron binoculars include models particularly well suited to boating and marine use, as well as several birding binoculars.

The binocular line is complemented by a substantial selection of terrestrial telescope bodies and separately purchased eyepieces that, combined, range up to 70x80. All models can be adapted for a camera back. One unique accessory is a television camera that fits on a telescope body in place of the eyepiece and transmits a continuous television picture to a nearby television set or monitor, an ideal configuration for aquarium, or zoo exhibits, for example.
